Shipping Info


Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, US Mail or Common Carrier.


For orders shipped via UPS, FedEx or US Mail – rates are based on quoted carrier charges and service level to your specific destination.
For orders shipped via Common Carrier – a minimum of three rate quotes will be secured to ensure the most economical shipping to your destination.


All prices are quoted F.O.B. Los Angeles. For payment options, we accept Visa and Mastercard.  Company checks are accepted only from established customers.


Please inspect all shipments upon arrival for obvious damage to containers. Claims should be made immediately with carrier. At the same time it is very important that you call our office so we can assist and help expedite settlement of your specific claim.


Coral and shells are cleaned and cured before packing. However, some raw/bulk material is shipped unprocessed. Coral can be shrink-wrapped upon request. Product is packed in corrugated boxes, or when necessary, wood crates. Packing charges are included; however a charge will be assessed if custom wood crating is required.


We guarantee all product that is shipped. After receiving your order, if product is found to be damaged, missing, or not up to your expectations – please call 310 641-9106. Customer satisfaction is of first importance, so any questions or specific problems will be dealt with and resolved in a prompt and courteous fashion.
